Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced, engaged and passionate Night Manager to deliver exceptional guest service throughout the night shift
- the role involves taking full responsibility for the hotel, guests and staff during the night shift
- attention to detail, reliability and a customer focus is vital to your success in this role
- as Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operational running of the whole hotel throughout the night. You will act as a Manager on Duty and be a point of contact for any issues or guest enquiries should they come up
- you will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, dealing with guest enquiries, staff supervision and training, banking procedures, overseeing the night time cleaning and food and beverage operation, and also have security responsibilities
- the ideal candidate will be warm and welcoming, providing the guest with an efficient and courteous welcome and departure, whilst also working behind the scenes to oversee the completion of nightly reports and prepare for the next day arrivals
Requirements
- minimum 1 years experience in a Night Manager or Supervisory role within a similar size hotel
- advantage knowledge of Protel PMS System
- night Receptionist: 1 year
