Working hours

Responsibility
- experienced bench joiner required for established fitted bedroom manufacturer
- read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to understand project requirements
- operate a range of woodworking machinery, such as beam saw, edgebander and CNC
- utilise hand tools
- install hardware such as hinges, handles, fittings etc
- collaborate with team to ensure accurate execution of projects
- maintain a clean and organised work area and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- proven experience as a bench joiner or similar role
- proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
- experience in using a variety of woodworking and machinery and hand tools
- excellent attention to detail, ensuring precision and high-quality craftmanship
- strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements
- good communication and teamwork skills
- knowledge of health and safety practices in a workshop environment
- workshop: 3 years
