  • offer effective 1st line IT support to staff across 5 offices and remote workers
  • quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues, both in person and remotely
  • assist in maintaining and administering the network infrastructure

  • setting up new end user devices and user accounts

Requirements

  • minimum of 1 year IT support experience
