Responsibility
- responsible for ensuring full compliance for vehicles and drivers, the reporting and management of accidents
- ensuring driving licence checks are undertaken in line with policies and legislation
- supporting with general administration and organisation within the Fleet Department
Show more +11 - assist in co-ordination of appointments and logging company vehicle allocations, servicing and MOTs and repairs and updating records accordingly
- working with confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- to provide support with hiring/leasing/purchasing of new vehicles in line with business requirements and contract mobilisations
- act as the point of contact for all fleet related enquiries from employees, vehicle service providers and all relevant third parties
- ownership of the Driver Licence checking programme to ensure legislative requirements are adhered to and fleet standards are met
- ensure all road traffic accidents/incidents are recorded and reported to the correct authority
- assisting with seeking fleet insurance and breakdown
- any other duties as reasonably requested to fulfil this role
- assisting with general project administration
- allocation of fleet; e.g. vehicle swaps/changes and the provisioning of vehicles for new employees etc
- answering telephone calls and connecting callers with the correct personnel
Requirements
- intermediate Microsoft Office experience
- accuracy and good attention to detail
- demonstrable written and oral communication skills
