Responsibility
- relevant book keeping, accounting or degree qualifications
- credit control duties to administer part of the company’s credit control system
- assisting with maintaining existing and new client contracts
- administration of monthly accounting departmental reports on debtors and creditors
- purchase order management and control
- assist with credit control
- liaising with internal departments to raise sales orders and invoices as well as monthly statements, as well as providing regular informationto the Senior Management Team
- assisting with the establishment of a new system to analyse the engineering timesheets
Requirements
- meticulous and organised with a passion for a high level of accuracy
- ability to pick out key information succinctly
- professional, confident and approachable
- ability to plan, prepare and act decisively
- self-motivated and able to work as an individual and as part of a team
- the successful candidate will have relevant bookkeeping experience, particularly in the use of Sage line50, as well as experience of online banking systems / and payment providers such as Stripe for credit control purposes
- ability to prioritise, adapt and work to strict and competing deadlines
