- undertaking and assisting the service users in their day to day routines
- maintain effective communication and liaise with service users and other professionals whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality
Requirements
- A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare , Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or an equivalent qualification
- experience working with Children with Learning Disabilities
- administrative work and record keeping associated with the running of an Ofsted Registered Care Home
- residential Childcare: 1 year
- residential Childcare: 2 years
- A Level 3 or 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare , Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People Workforce or an equivalent qualification
- the successful candidates will be working directly with service users and will be required to work on a 3 days on 3 days off shift pattern. This will be on a rolling rota system which will require the applicant to work weekends and bank holidays
