Responsibility

  • support the Partners in the development of business cases for new and renewals to SOWs in terms of pricing and resourcing
  • business accountability – management of all company insurances and statutory and contractual obligations for the company
  • this will involve contractor engagement, and all employee involvement to be able to demonstrate good adherence to agreed scope and requirements
  • data protection Officer, to make sure we have the correct processes, procedures and systems in place
  • ownership of all revenue billing to agreed Statement of Works , and management of all aspects of these projects to ensure revenue, costs and resourcing are managed efficiently and effectively
  • approval of supplier invoices, using invoice recognition software, liaison with the Executive Assistant
  • end Client Governance – reporting monthly on all projects to ensure client obligations as per our Statement of Works are complied with
  • providing support to the External Legal Advisor to improve the current processes for all contracts in the business. This includes but not limited to SOWs both end client and supplier and all employment contracts
