we are seeking a registered manager to join a highly motivated, specialist team to maintain and develop our services further
skybound Therapies is a multidisciplinary team of professionals all working to ensure our clients and their families achieve the best quality of life possible
we are excited to increase our range of services for children and adults, to do that we need an experienced registered manager with an exceptional track record for meeting the required standards to support our recently registered domiciliary services for children and young people
we require someone to ensure all compliance and regulatory requirements are strictly adhered to ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and support
we would welcome individuals who possess innovative and creative thoughts as well as the ability to grasp and invest in our science-based approach in ensuring positive and measurable outcomes for our clients
the successful candidate will be required to contribute to the wider management team and thus support the organisation's strategic ambitions which are underpinned by our dedication to the improvement of the lives of the people we support and work with

Requirements
QCF level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent RMA, NVQ
evidence of continuing education and training in the Care Sector
minimum of two years’ experience of working at a Registered Manager level
