Responsibility

  • take project briefs from directors and clients
  • be proactive in understanding the client’s business objectives and how this impacts a project
  • work with wireframes from the creative director, turning them into creative, responsive, user-focused website visuals
  • create on-brand visual content for social and web
  • collaborate with the creative team at various stages of digital design processes
  • ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • be alert and ready to support clients and colleagues with ad-hoc design requests, ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction
  • use project scheduling and time management software to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and with effective communication between stakeholders at all times

Requirements

  • solid understanding of the latest digital design tools and applications, particularly Figma
  • portfolio of experience working on medium-large websites and other digital projects
  • A keen eye and passion for all things UI/UX
  • planning/wireframing website flows and user journeys
  • social media content creation
  • A strong understanding of responsive web design and frameworks such as Bootstrap
  • understand basic website technical SEO requirements
  • 3+ years agency experience as a creative digital designer
