- processing orders by generating sales quotations, as well as transactions whether that is handling order cancellations or product returns
- to be able to diffuse any issues they may arise and ensure effective and successful complaint resolution
- liaising with our drivers and courier for updates on customer deliveries
- to be an excellent communicator both on and off the phone taking inbound phone calls from customers and assisting with their queries about our products and services
- excellent writing skills is essential in this role, you will be replying to customers using our online chat as well as responding to customer reviews
