Requirements

  • you will have a calm, professional manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • the ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with strong initiative and a passion for delivering excellence, able to drive repeat custom and growth by ensuring a great client experience every time
  • you must have an NVQ3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy and have a proven track record of delivering a high-standard of treatments including, but not limited to those listed
  • you must have at least 2 years experience working within the beauty industry in a spa, clinic, salon or similar beauty retail environment
  • the ability to confidently discuss treatment options with clients, including benefits of proposed treatments, is essential and you must be comfortable selling treatment options/packages to current and prospective clients
  • you will have demonstrable experience of dealing with a range of skin issues and a strong understanding of the most effective treatments to improve skin-health and appearance
