  • maintaining customer records while ensuring all data protection is adhered to. Management of communication to our customer base supporting Commercial product, Marketing and the Retail department, which all form the Holiday Division
  • keeping the best practices and working procedures up to date in line with company direction with guidance from the Senior Product Manager
  • contribute to the effective running of the department. Follow all company policies. Work well with all members of the team offering support and showing a proactive approach to improving ways we work

  • contributing to the effective running of our internal booking system and website
