- specialised Industry Qualifications
- an academic interest in the field and experience of supervising/teaching apprentices, as a trainer or as part of your engineering role
- we will need a satisfactory explanation for any gaps in your CV
- great presenter and communicator, who can relate to and coach different personalities with different learning styles
- you will need to complete a staff application form
- experience of traineeship or apprenticeship delivery is highly desirable but not essential
- A DBS check will be required prior to confirmation of appointment
- proven track record of working to KPI’s

- reporting to the FESST Curriculum Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of sector defined Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours to the next generation of engineers and/or those looking to change career
- please note this vacancy is also open to experienced apprenticeship tutors with demonstratable Fire and Security Technician sector experience
