  • communicate technical concepts and ideas effectively to technical peers and business users
  • adapt new approaches and methodologies to improve software development processes and implement innovative solutions
  • ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development

Requirements

  • microsoft Certified Professional .NET Developer and Certified Azure Solutions Architect
  • minimum of 15 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of OOP and various Design Patterns
  • proficient in agile practices such as Test-Driven Development
  • excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • A passion for learning and sharing new ideas
