Responsibility

  • ensure that completion dates are met
  • ensure that sites are safe
  • ensure that the homes are built as designed
  • agree with working site foreman and checks required on daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • constant communication with working site foreman for each site
  • agree and implement safe site setup
  • ensure RAMS have been received for subs

Requirements

  • extensive construction trade experience
  • 1 - 2 Years Site management
