Responsibility

- the parents care for their children with our support and oversight
- this is important work that really makes a difference to peoples lives

- we have an established residential family centre in Haslingden, Rossendale and are now opening a new setting in Longridge, Nr Preston - The support is on a 24/7 basis and we are now recruiting to waking night positions that run on a 7.45pm to 8.00am, 2 on 4 off rolling rota
- families come to us for a 12 - 14 week residential assessment as part of care proceedings or at earlier stages of involvement with children’s social care
- you will maintain regular observations of families throughout the night and offer support and guidance as needed

- A positive and nurturing personality - our families join us at a vulnerable time in their lives and this impacts on the wider family. They need warmth and encouragement from you
- the capacity to ‘see the diamond’ in people - this is our ethos so we need you to be able to see the diamond in our families and those you come into contact with
- A team player with a sense of humour – we are a small family run business and its important you will pull together to make the service the best it can be for our families
