Responsibility
front of house, greeting and dealing with the residents, suppliers and visitors to the park
working closely with the park manager and the finance team to streamline and maintain accurate processes and records
payment management: Efficiently handling payments for electricity and pitch fee from our residents, ensuring accuracy and maintaining updated records
invoicing: Preparing and issuing invoices promptly to residents, providing clear and concise documentation for financial transactions
credit Control: Monitoring and managing outstanding balances
complaint resolution: Assisting residents with concerns and complaint, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions in collaboration with the Park Manager
Requirements
meticulous with numbers and strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and record keeping
finance Administration experience is preferred but not essential
customer service skills: excellent interpersonal and communication skills to address resident concerns with empathy and professionalism
organisational Skills: Effective time management skills to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload efficiently
team player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work harmoniously with the park manager and the finance team
