Responsibility

  • troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with both software and hardware
  • responsible for providing excellent customer service to our staff members
  • respond to IT help requests either via phone or email quickly and effectively
  • log cases, resolve technical incidents and service requests efficiently in line with internal processes
  • ensure your customers are kept up to date with progress on their issues
  • develop a good understanding of our industry, our systems and the needs of our staff members
  • maintain awareness of and follow the company procedures and guidelines, including security, regulatory and quality related matters
  • comply with all relevant legislative and legal requirements, including industry regulations, employment law, Data Protection and Health and Safety

Requirements

  • graduate level of education, computer science degree is advantageous
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • personable, with the ability to build rapport with our team of IT technicians and staff across the company
  • the successful candidate will be a punctual and thorough worker, with high levels of attention to detail and willing to learn
  • previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
