- we are currently seeking a Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team
- sourcing and recruiting candidates for open roles
- in this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates for our clients
- building relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- conducting interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of candidates
- managing the entire recruitment process, from advertising roles to making job offers
- maintaining candidate and client databases
- developing new business relationships with clients
Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent or previous Outbound Telephone Sales Experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organisational and time-management skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
