- our core product is a monthly subscription box containing flavour kits and super simple recipe cards to make it quick and easy for customers to discover and cook new meals
- as CRM Manager you will
- as one of the fastest growing subscription businesses in the UK, we’re a relatively small team who punch well above our weight by being data-led in our decision making, collaborative in how we work together and, most importantly, incredibly passionate about sharing our products with more and more people
- lead the strategy, development, and execution of CRM campaigns
- we're looking for a CRM expert who will build our CRM strategy and lead the development of how we communicate with our customers
- reporting into our CMO, this is a unique opportunity to become the expert within our business on how to engage with, and deliver business outcomes, from our customer base
- this role requires a broad skill set and the right candidate will possess both the ability to operate at a strategic level as well as being creative and naturally inquisitive to constantly challenge how execution can deliver performance
- take ownership of growing our active subscriber base through re-engaging former customers who are no longer active
- take a creative approach to working out what gets the attention of, and ultimately drives action from, a broad range of customers
Requirements
- you should apply if
- you’re analytically minded, make decisions based on data and insight, and demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills
- you’re able to operate strategically as well as having excellent day-to-day processes to be highly productive

- you are looking to take ownership of CRM within a rapidly growing business, and have a track record of delivering successful CRM campaigns
- you have strong proven experience in delivering CRM strategies within a B2C business, with consumers central to your thinking
- you’re motivated by seeing on a daily basis how your efforts are directly impacting business performance; we’re a small team delivering market leading growth by out-performing more established businesses in our category
