Responsibility

  • greet customers in a timely manner and make sure they are happy with their experience
  • understand customers’ needs and provide them with information on products, prices, and discounts
  • answer customers’ questions about products and services
  • maintain a clean and organized work area
  • remain knowledgeable on products offered by Simply Tiles Ltd and other industry topics
  • monitor inventory to ensure that customer orders are being fulfilled properly
  • offer suggestions for home tiling applications, including color schemes and design details
  • actively seek out feedback from customers to improve customer service

Requirements

  • customer service experience or experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • ability to work well with others to achieve team goals
  • ability to remain calm under pressure
  • professional attitude and appearance is required
  • A creative flair for colour & design would be advantageous
