- greet customers in a timely manner and make sure they are happy with their experience

- remain knowledgeable on products offered by Simply Tiles Ltd and other industry topics
- monitor inventory to ensure that customer orders are being fulfilled properly
- offer suggestions for home tiling applications, including color schemes and design details
- actively seek out feedback from customers to improve customer service
Requirements
- customer service experience or experience in a retail or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work well with others to achieve team goals
- ability to remain calm under pressure
- professional attitude and appearance is required
- A creative flair for colour & design would be advantageous
