Responsibility
- £35,000 - £40,000 – Hybrid Remote
- £35,000 - £40,000 – Remote working commutable to Mansfield for weekly meetings
- unlike the larger online travel agents, Simply Owners does not charge holidaymakers booking fees or surcharges
- collaborating with management and wider team to help define and build the Simply Owners application on Laravel & Vue
- ensuring the Simply Owners application is performant and secure
- our platform has recently had a side-by-side migration of Legacy PHP to Laravel 10/Vue Inertia
- staying up to date with new changes in technology that would be beneficial to Simply Owners
- this is enabling us to migrate sections of our platform over to Laravel while adding new features and improvements
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment as a developer
- experience with AWS cloud architecture, Jira, testing, scaling web apps
- strong skills in PHP 8 and Laravel 10
- experience migrating legacy PHP code to Laravel & Vue / Inertia
- mySQL
- experience migrating Vue 2 to Vue 3
- git
- experience consuming API’s in PHP and JS
