Working hours

Responsibility
- face-to-face customer sales
- over-the-phone sales and consultations with clients
- building detailed tailormade itineraries
- direct contact with luxury hotels and suppliers
- work alongside the marketing and product team in supporting campaigns
- administration of customer and booking details
- attend travel industry events
- visit hotels across the world and build in depth product knowledge
Requirements
- at least 2 years of sales or customer relationship experience
- experience working in the luxury travel or tourism industry is ideal
- possess a passion for travelling
- sales and target orientated, with a proven track record in proactive sales
- hospitality or customer care experience
- enthusiastic team player with the confidence and charisma to work in a high-pressure environment with demanding clients
- self-motivated with drive and initiative
- effective communication and time management skills
