Responsibility
- develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to ensure product quality meets or exceeds customer expectations
- conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any quality issues
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality standards and metrics for various processes
- train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices
- investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
- conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conformances
- maintain documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans
