Responsibility
- prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
- manage and plan kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, able to work alone or in a team
- ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- excellent time management and organizational skills, able to reliably do early morning shifts
- ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- creativity and innovation in menu planning and execution
- strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- good communication skills
- proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role, ability to multitask, respond to breakfast orders quickly, capably and consistently
