- manage and grow business by developing relationships with new and existing customers, and new suppliers
- develop and execute strategy to achieve desired growth
- identify new opportunities to expand business in new markets
- manage sales process from prospecting to closing of deals
- work with sales team to ensure that customers are satisfied with the product offerings, pricing, etc
- work with customers to identify their needs, problems, and opportunities for improvement
- coordinate with other departments to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved
- report on business performance and key performance indicators to management
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing sales or related field
- strong negotiation skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- ability to work independently with little supervision or as part of a team
