- present Simplicity Group’s solutions to key contacts through direct communication via telephone calls, emails & Web Demonstrations with the goal of securing and face to face meeting for the field sales team and/or direct selling via the telephone/ video conferencing/ Voice conferencing
- ensure all productivity and performance KPI’s are met and reported on in a timely and accurate manner
- qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points
- compensation: £24K-28K Basic £40KOTE
- acquire a thorough understanding of Simplicity Group’s competencies and credentials, and stay updated on industry trends and hot topics

- maximise revenue and margin generation achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential customers and companies that may benefit from our Telecom solutions such as Phone System, Data Connectivity, Contact Centre solutions
- present a professional and positive image of the business at all times
- participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- ensure all contact records and account plans are updated and productivity and performance KPIs are met
Requirements
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects through various channels effectively
- organisational skills and attention to detail to manage and prioritize multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously
- persistent, results-driven, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and problem- solving
