Requirements

  • previous experience in credit control or collections is preferred
  • proficiency in using accounting software for data entry and analysis
  • strong analytical skills to assess customer accounts and payment history
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional manner
  • detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records
  • ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
