- perform fuel drain procedures on a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, plant machinery, and boats
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- maintain a high level of professionalism and cleanliness while performing fuel drain procedures
- keep accurate records of fuel drained, mileage, and time spent on each job
- communicate effectively with the office staff to ensure efficient completion of all jobs
Requirements
- vehicle technician experience preferred, but semi-skilled/hobbyist vehicle technicians with knowledge of fuel systems will also be considered
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- full UK driving license
- flexibility to work on-call, including weekends and evenings
- attention to detail and good time management skills
- ability to work long hours and respond promptly to customer requests
- knowledge of fuel systems is important
