Responsibility

  • full management of a privately owned portfolio of rented properties
  • gas certificates, electrical inspection condition reports, legionella risk assessments, inventory checks including engaging contractors to carry out compliance checks;); liaising with myself, the contractors and Tenant in a professional manner and keeping the Landlord and Tenant appraised of any and all progress; ensuring all pertinent information is recorded correctly
  • the accounts & administration side of the role will also include recording, filing required paperwork for the properties correctly as well as logging and allocating invoices and any expenses made using Quickbooks software

Requirements

  • some property management experience helpful but not necessary
  • the ability to build trust and credibility
  • the ability to handle a number of tasks simultaneously
  • self-motivation and excellent organisation skills
