Responsibility
- lift materials and load vehicles, always adopting safe lifting and handling procedures
- ensure all loads are secure and stable
- ensure that the vehicle is roadworthy and safe. Performing the checks that are included in the standard company procedures
- always observe strict adherence to the Company’s health and safety procedures
- ensure that the appropriate personal protective equipment is worn at all times
- accurately completing delivery paperwork
- providing excellent customer service when delivering products to the end user
- report any concerns about the safety of your vehicle, or any defect in maintenance or repair to your Branch Manager as and when they occur
