  • full-time | Permanent

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Responsibility

  • keep all customer documentation up to date
  • work along side the 1st Line Team as a point of escalation
  • ability to learn and develop new skills and technologies. Training will be provided
  • take ownership of tickets and see through to resolution using our Service Desk software, ensuring all SLA's are met and customers are kept up to date
  • provide technical support to a wide range of technologies such as: End user support, Infrastructure , Networking, Cyber Security, Office 365

Requirements

  • minimum 2 years’ experience in a 1st or 2nd Line role
  • microsoft 365 - Exchange, Azure, teams and Apps
  • good knowledge of Windows Server including Virtualization - Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMWare
  • windows Server
  • active Directory
  • good Networking knowledge - Firewall, Routers, Switches etc
  • end user support and troubleshooting skills
  • excellent communication skills - Both verbally and written
