Responsibility
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Requirements
- previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
- familiarity with bar equipment, such as blenders, shakers, and garnish tools
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation
- excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly manner
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and drink preparation
