Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • to provide leadership and oversee high standards of support to the Supported Living services that fall within your responsibilities
  • to work positively towards maintaining maximum occupancy of the home
  • to build and maintain strong relationships with local Authorities brokerage teams and professionals involved in the care of the service users
  • to oversee the staff rota and to efficiently coordinate and deploy resources in relation to the needs of the people we support and the requirements of the service

Requirements

  • previous experience in supported living specialising in adults with mental health difficulties
  • detailed knowledge of CQC standards
  • strong track record of good CQC performance
  • good relationships with local commissioners and care coordinators
  • motivating and inspirational leader
  • experience in employee performance management
  • sound knowledge and experience in safeguarding procedures
  • A management qualification e.g. NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care, Leadership and Management of Care Services , Registered Managers Award, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
