- ideally but not essential, candidates have experience within a Service orientated business
- preferably have electrically biased qualifications, BTEC ONC or above
- IT skills – computer literate and able to work with MS Office products
- experience within a commercial technical environment
- the role requires a high level of oral and written communication skills both when interacting with external customers and other divisions/departments

Responsibility
- general Business Functions
- managing incoming enquiries to consider bid/no bid process
- processing orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery dates and procuring with our supply chain
- drives continued sales by checking customer purchasing history, suggesting new and related products and explaining technical features
- supports the delivery of quality results by following company rules and guidelines, and offering recommendations for policy and procedure improvements
- keeps product knowledge up to date by studying item descriptions and participating in ongoing training
- ownership to maintain & expand sales by accomplishing all assigned tasks
- benchmarking – collecting market pricing and comparisons with competitors services & solutions
