Responsibility
- general Business Functions
- managing incoming enquiries to consider bid/no bid process
- processing orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery dates and procuring with our supply chain

- supports the delivery of quality results by following company rules and guidelines, and offering recommendations for policy and procedure improvements
- keeps product knowledge up to date by studying item descriptions and participating in ongoing training
- ownership to maintain & expand sales by accomplishing all assigned tasks
- benchmarking – collecting market pricing and comparisons with competitors services & solutions
- follow up completed site service projects to develop and promote long term service agreements, remedial work, critical spares etc
- coordinating support across all the profit & loss centres of the SIM Switchgear Group
- to maintain the CRM sales database and maximise potential for sales growth
- promote IT marketing across media platforms - daily posts, case studies, success stories etc
Requirements
- ideally but not essential, candidates have experience within a Service orientated business
- preferably have electrically biased qualifications, BTEC ONC or above
- IT skills – computer literate and able to work with MS Office products
