- successful close-out of Customer Complaints within the required timescales and to the satisfaction of the Customer
- the ability to rationally debate, analyse and influence where appropriate in order to successfully drive change
- accurate and current Supplier Approval information
- A good understanding, knowledge and practical experience of employing Root Cause Analytical skills in a team environment
Responsibility
- collecting, documenting and submitting appropriate evidence of implemented actions following the closure of Non-conformities
- to support the business and Technical function where required
