Responsibility

  • trend Analysis: Analyse current trends in the fostering field, utilising research, partner local authorities’ sufficiency strategy to inform and devise the agency's foster carer recruitment strategy
  • policy Compliance: Adhere to and ensure compliance with the agency's Equal Opportunities Policy and other essential policies
  • minute-Taking: Record detailed minutes during fostering panel meetings to document key discussions and decisions
  • feedback and Analysis: Collect feedback from panel members and panel users, and analyse the data to identify areas for improvement. Maintain Panel action tracker to monitor progress of actions identified through panel feedback
  • interdepartmental Collaboration: Work in partnership with other departments and professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment and placement process
