Responsibility
- first point of contact for all incidents/requests via email and phone calls, escalating issues when appropriate
- you will provide expert technical assistance and support to our technical team and other areas of the business as needed
- provide efficient and professional customer support at all times
- this role may also include designing, implementing, and testing complex networking infrastructure in support of our customer needs
- provide technical services and support for WAN and LAN connectivity, MPLS, routers, firewalls, information security, VPN & Terminal Services
- perform and maintain daily system checks
- participate in monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
- updating IT records and documentation to ISO Standards
Requirements
- basic Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems/Firewalls/Routing and Switching
- 4G Router experience
- juniper JNCIA, Cisco CCNA or equivalent
- MSP experience
- an interest in working in a fast-paced helpdesk
- experience of PBX systems, i.e. Gamma Horizon & Splice.com
- HP/Aruba
- ability to schedule own workload prioritising to meet the business’ needs
