Responsibility

  • they will have NVQ level 3 or equivalent
  • in addition, you will be required to work under pressure, whilst maintaining high salon standards
  • you will be offered a generous guaranteed basic salary and the opportunity to add to this with commission bonuses
  • we are a small ‘boutique’ hair salon in Haywards Heath in Sussex, which prides itself on its professional and creative environment, while still retaining a friendly and relaxing salon ambience
  • we are currently looking to expand our team and seek a senior stylist/assistant manager, who will be employed on a full or part time basis
  • the successful candidate should be a well presented, reliable and enthusiastic individual, who is able to work as part of a small team
  • you will be expected to have a proven track record in the cutting and colouring of both ladies and gent’s hair, as well as having good customer service and retail skills
  • the position also requires that the applicant possesses the ability and desire to assist the salon director with salon management duties when required
