Working hours

Responsibility

  • balance and maintain accurate ledgers
  • raising of sales invoices
  • processing purchase invoices and reconciling to PO’s
  • manage all receipts and payment and reconciling bank accounts
  • manage and record expenses including credit card
  • produce accounts to Trial balance
  • maintaining documents register
  • admin support for executive team and staff/engineers

Requirements

  • experienced Bookkeeper
  • xero accounting experience preferable
  • prior HR administration experience
  • accounting: 1 year
  • bookkeeping: 2 years
