Responsibility
- daily reconciliation of cash receipts to individual customer accounts
- review of discounts claimed and checking they are in line with agreed customer terms
- values of invoices are checked & reconciled to any electronic communication with the customer – e.g. POD’s, EDI invoicing etc
- overdue accounts are closely managed and monitored to ensure cash collection targets are met, with risks promptly notified to the relevant manager
- other duties as requested by management
- cover for other members of staff in their absence as directed

- credit control: 1 year
