- act as the adept liaison between our valued customers and the workshop and perform a thorough check-in of the vehicle, reviewing customer and vehicle data
- you will be the forefront of the aftersales department, meeting & greeting all customers with a positive attitude, ensuring you are clarifying all of their service, MOT and repair needs
- to deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and accurate manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service
- assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved
- assist in supporting the General Manager & Service Manager in the day to day running of aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved
- as a Service Advisor there would also be a need to up-sell of products & service plans, handle objections and record sales activity to gain additional bonuses
- regular contact and management of a customer database throughout the day in an efficient manner, ensuring a personally tailored service and adhering to customer time deadlines
- assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of the service operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved
- assist in supporting the Aftersales Manager in the day to day running of Aftersales operations, ensuring the key targets of the franchise are achieved
- invoicing work done during the day and raising job cards for the workshop in a timely fashion to ensure you are meeting the customer’s timeline expectations
- supporting the other Service Advisors with day to day tasks and utilising your existing skillset to ensure your team are consistently highly performing and achieving
