create, and ensure successful delivery of, customer success plans for each client in line with Signol’s Customer Success Strategy
analyse customer data and feedback, being proactive to drive outcomes across adoption, retention, expansion and advocacy
communicate key insights internally, advocating for the customer within Signol, supporting Signol in its customer-centric mindset
hold product demonstrations for customers
ensure the highest level of governance across all programmes to reduce any risk to Signol and its customers
assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
promote the value of the product
serve as a key point of contact for the customer and its users on assigned accounts, forwarding and escalating inquiries to relevant individuals and departments
