- as the HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the organisational culture and driving employee success
- develop and implement performance management strategies that empower employees to achieve their best. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth
- be the go-to expert for all HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and policy development. Your well-rounded HR knowledge will be crucial in creating a seamless employee experience
- are you a seasoned HR professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're seeking a talented HR generalist who excels in performance management, employee relations, Talent acquisition/development whilst being able to build strong and lasting relationships across the business
Requirements
- you will be forward thinking, driven and confident in your ability
- you will be able to manage several projects and deliver exceptional HR ensuring timescales are met and communication is transparent throughout
- candidates will ideally have experience of implementing a new performance management system and be able to coach managers on the new ways of working
