- provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling
- upsell retail products to clients and provide recommendations based on their needs
- assist reception duties such as booking appointments, handling cash transactions and answering phone calls
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 but preferably Level 3 hairdressing standards to be comfortable colouring, cutting and styling most hair types
- qualified Floor experience with clients to help our increasing diary of clients
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously
