key account manager

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • responsible for the management of assigned key accounts in UK & Ireland
  • acquisition of new customers
  • responsible for achieving agreed KPIs for customer accounts, e.g. gross profit, net sales etc
  • customer "lifetime support" including complaint and claim management
  • design and implement concepts for continuous business improvement, in close coordination with marketing
  • provide input to Group and Marketing on customers’ expected future needs, as well as competitor's commercial and product offerings
  • negotiate the prices & conditions
  • responsible for forecasting expected account development

Education

  • bachelor’ or Master’s Degree in economics or technical degree
  • sales/project management experience min. 5 years, ideally in the packaging or food industry
  • should have experience in building up and maintaining customer relationships, ideally in B2B
  • energetic "Hunter-mentality"
  • strong in working out conceptional sales pitches based on our solution selling approach
  • experienced in selling digital solutions
  • keen to develop sustainable leads with customers
  • readiness to travel up to 50%
