Responsibility
- sielaff is the leading Reverse Vending Machine manufacturer from Germany
- in your role as RVM Service Coordinator your responsibilities will include coordinating, planning/scheduling and prioritising service interventions/ installations and managing stock levels of engineering vans
- management of spare parts inventory, in particular ensuring the correct recording of parts / inputs and outputs and the correct, current vehicle inventory in each case. Carrying out a vehicle stocktake as and when required or requested
- reporting all customer feedback to the business and articulating any live market learning that can enhance our product or service support
- instructing operators in operation, maintenance , troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- liaison with customers regarding system acceptance in accordance with Sielaff’s handover protocol
- reporting the status of Reverse Vending Systems and if necessary how they can be improved
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- you should always demonstrate your ability to be a team-player
- clean UK Driver’s Licence is essential and must be shown before employment commences
- social and communicative competence
- be able to provide evidence of relevant qualifications/s in similar positions such as project and project management and engineering
- persuasiveness and a reliable, solution-oriented approach to work
- A willingness to travel in the UK and internationally
- be customer-oriented, internally and externally
- close cooperation with other organisational units Sales, Production, Service and Engineering
