Responsibility
- project management to include project timelines, event scheduling, resourcing, budgeting and risk management
- day to day client management, following company protocols and procedures to plan and execute
- ongoing management of online Guest Management System, including development for new events as required
- management of guest registration and guest communications
- management of event manifestos and schedules
- management of ticket inventory, including allocations and distribution
- liaison with our DMC partners or local offices, on the ground, where required
- conduct site inspections of proposed venues for events, to include completion of all necessary H&S documentation
Requirements
- minimum 3 years' experience in the events and/or hospitality sector
- meticulous, good at paying attention to detail when carrying out work
- educated to degree level
- proven project management, event management and supplier management skills
- demonstrated project management experience within sponsor activation
- proven project management skills
- work effectively to meet deadlines, with ability to structure and prioritise work
- work in a professional manner at all times, remaining calm under pressure
