Responsibility

  • perform reactive and planned maintenance on all machinery
  • track and organise all PPM tasks
  • keep MaintainX system up to date
  • organise contractors and services of machines
  • control spare parts for machines
  • department: Maintenance
  • track and organise all service and contractor documentation
  • perform routing safety inspections

Education

  • electrical engineering or similar apprenticeship with relevant experience
  • ONC/BTEC – HNC/BTEC or equivalent in Electrical engineering
  • 17th / 18th edition qualified

Requirements

  • experience of working in a manufacturing environment
  • sound knowledge of Mistubishi PLC’s & HMI’s
  • excellent analytical & fault finding / problem solving skills
  • good knowledge of electric motors / pneumatics
  • basic mechanical skills
  • experience with Fanuc Robotics Programming
  • experience with Fanuc CNC Programming
  • experience with ABB Robotics Programming
