  • take orders and serve beverages to customers

  • ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
  • handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
  • assist in cleaning duties
  • assist in opening and closing duties as required

Requirements

  • previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
  • strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • bartending experience is a plus, including knowledge of mixing drinks and creating cocktails
